Here we are prepping for our project day at puente del pueblo.  We have been working these past few workdays in preparing material to share with these kids.  We are planning to quiz these youth on questions about the importance of farming or where food comes from.  We also plan to play a game with these kids and go through the footprint simulator with the youth.  We will discuss food sourcing in America, because ultimately we want them to learn where their food comes from and how this effects them.
